Please note that no physical tickets will be shipped. All tickets purchased through Pebet Designs are to be collected in person from the designated festival counter.

Pickup Location: Nongin Festival Box Office / Entry Counter

Required for Pickup:

Valid photo ID

Order confirmation email/SMS

Pickup Time: From the first day of the festival during operational hours

❗Important:
Tickets must be collected by the person whose name is on the order, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Lost or unclaimed tickets will not be refunded or reissued.
