These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eventus Imphal website and the services available through it, including event tickets, merchandise, accommodation enquiries and bookings at The Giving Tree, and other services provided by Eventus.

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, purchasing a ticket, submitting a booking request, or using any Eventus service, you agree to these Terms.

01. About Eventus

Eventus Imphal is a creative platform focused on live music, cultural events, creative experiences and related services in and around Manipur.

Eventus may organise events directly or provide a platform for events presented by artists, performers, organisers, partners or other third parties.

02. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website or its services.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems, accounts, databases or other users’ information.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.

03. Event Tickets

Event tickets purchased through Eventus are issued for the specific event, date, time and ticket category shown at the time of purchase.

A ticket may be used only by the person or persons for whom it was issued, subject to the conditions of the particular event.

Tickets may be delivered electronically and may include a unique ticket number, QR code or other verification information.

Tickets may be checked at the venue before entry. Eventus or the event organiser may refuse entry where a ticket appears to be invalid, duplicated, altered, cancelled or obtained through fraudulent means.

Ticket prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may vary between events, ticket categories or booking periods.

All applicable taxes, fees or charges will be displayed where applicable during the booking or payment process.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the Eventus system or the applicable payment provider.

05. Event Changes and Cancellation

Eventus or an event organiser may change the date, time, venue, programme, performers or other details of an event when reasonably necessary.

If an event is cancelled or substantially changed, the applicable refund, transfer or replacement arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders where applicable.

Eventus cannot guarantee that every advertised artist, performer, venue or programme element will remain unchanged.

06. Refunds and Ticket Transfers

Refund and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the event and ticket type.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, tickets are not automatically refundable simply because the ticket holder is unable to attend.

Where refunds are approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider.

Tickets must not be resold for fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised purposes.

07. Event Entry and Venue Rules

Entry to an event is subject to the rules and requirements of the relevant venue and event organiser.

Visitors may be required to follow reasonable security procedures, including ticket verification and security checks.

Eventus or the event organiser may refuse entry or remove a person from an event where their behaviour is disruptive, threatening, unsafe or otherwise contrary to venue or event rules.

Any age restrictions, identification requirements or other special conditions applicable to an event will be communicated where relevant.

08. Merchandise

Products displayed in the Eventus online shop are subject to availability.

Product images are provided for representation and there may be minor differences in colour, appearance or presentation depending on the product and display device.

Prices shown on the website may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information or availability errors where necessary.

09. Merchandise Orders and Delivery

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, we will process the order for delivery using the applicable delivery service.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Eventus is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, courier delays, weather, natural events, public disturbances or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on location and delivery conditions.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of merchandise may be accepted subject to the applicable product and order conditions.

Products returned for an approved reason may need to be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Any product-specific return or exchange conditions displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

Customers should contact Eventus as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

11. The Giving Tree Bookings

The Giving Tree is an Eventus hospitality and creative space in Imphal. Accommodation bookings or enquiries may be submitted through the Eventus website.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee a reservation.

A reservation becomes confirmed only after availability and booking details have been confirmed by Eventus or The Giving Tree.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their name, contact details, number of guests, check-in date and check-out date.

12. The Giving Tree Stay

Guests staying at The Giving Tree are expected to respect the property, other guests, staff, neighbours and the surrounding environment.

Guests may be responsible for damage caused to the property, furnishings, equipment or other facilities through misuse, negligence or intentional actions.

Specific check-in, check-out, guest, cancellation and accommodation rules may be communicated separately when a booking is confirmed.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, videos and other materials, belongs to Eventus or its respective content owners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit Eventus content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

Event names, artist names, photographs, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. User Submitted Information

If you submit information, photographs, comments, reviews or other material to Eventus, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not knowingly infringe the rights of another person.

We may remove or decline to publish submitted material that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, inappropriate or unrelated to the purpose of the website.
