How can I buy tickets for an Eventus event?

You can purchase tickets through the event page on the Eventus website. Select the event, choose your ticket category, enter the required details and complete the payment process.

How will I receive my ticket?

After a successful booking, your ticket and booking information will be provided electronically. You can also use the Download Ticket page to retrieve your ticket using the email address or phone number used during the booking.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Not necessarily. You may present your digital ticket on your phone at the venue. The ticket may contain a QR code or other information used for verification and entry.

Can I use someone else’s ticket?

Tickets are intended for the person or persons for whom they were purchased. Entry may be refused if a ticket has already been used, appears altered, duplicated or was obtained through unauthorised means.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

You can use the Download Ticket page to retrieve your ticket using the email address or phone number associated with your booking. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact Eventus with your booking details.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refund and cancellation policies may vary from event to event. Please check the specific event information and applicable terms before purchasing your ticket.

Can an event be cancelled or rescheduled?

Yes. Events may occasionally be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control or other operational reasons. If this happens, we will provide relevant information to affected ticket holders where possible.

02. Event Entry

What should I bring to the event?

Please bring your ticket or booking confirmation and any identification that may be required for the particular event.

Can I enter the event after it has started?

Late entry may be permitted depending on the event and venue. Certain performances or programmes may have specific entry restrictions.

Are there age restrictions?

Some events may have age restrictions or other entry requirements. Where applicable, these details will be displayed on the relevant event page.

03. Merchandise

Where can I buy Eventus merchandise?

Eventus merchandise is available through the Merch section of our website, subject to product availability.

How do I place an order?

Select the product you want, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your required billing and delivery information and complete the payment process.

How will my merchandise be delivered?

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout using the applicable delivery service.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?

Returns and exchanges are subject to the applicable product and order conditions. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations and other circumstances. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order information.

04. The Giving Tree

What is The Giving Tree?

The Giving Tree is an Eventus hospitality and creative space in Imphal, offering a place to stay, eat, gather, create and connect.

How can I book a stay?

You can submit a booking request through the Booking page on the Eventus website. Provide your name, contact details, number of guests and preferred check-in and check-out dates.

Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?

No. Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after availability and booking details have been confirmed by Eventus or The Giving Tree.

Can I contact The Giving Tree before booking?

Yes. You can contact Eventus with questions about availability, accommodation or your planned stay.

05. Payments

How can I pay for tickets or merchandise?

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout or booking process. Online payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

Is my payment information stored by Eventus?

Eventus does not normally store complete debit card, credit card, banking or other payment credentials on its own servers. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider.

What if my payment was successful but I did not receive my ticket?

First, check your email and use the Download Ticket page with the email address or phone number used during your booking. If you still cannot retrieve your ticket, contact Eventus and provide your payment or booking details so we can assist you.

06. Account & Personal Information

Do I need an account to purchase something?

Some services may be available without creating an account, while certain website features may require an account. The requirements will be shown during the relevant process.

Why does Eventus need my phone number and email address?

Your contact information may be required to process bookings and orders, provide tickets, send confirmations, communicate important updates and provide customer support.
